You found a quote page, a booking or a shop that runs on PriceMyDay. The business whose name is on the page is who you are dealing with. PriceMyDay makes the software they use.
The seller is named on every page, on your order page and on every message about it. Their contact details are in the footer of their site and on your order page. Your contract for the goods or services is with them.
When you pay by UPI, the money goes to the business's own bank account. When you pay online, it goes through the payment gateway on the business's own account. PriceMyDay never receives, holds or refunds your money. Your order page shows exactly which account a UPI payment goes to.
The seller's own returns policy applies; it is printed on your order page when they have set one, and the order page is where you ask for a return while their window is open. A refund is paid by the seller from their own account. Your order page shows what was returned, how and when.
Write to the seller first, on WhatsApp or by phone from your order page. If a seller does not answer within seven days about an order you paid for, write to [email protected] with your order number. We will pass your message to the seller, and a seller who repeatedly ignores paid customers may lose their shop.
The seller decides what to collect and why; we process it on their behalf to run the shop. Our privacy policy describes what PriceMyDay keeps and for how long. Questions about how a particular seller uses your details go to that seller.
